This late 80s pressing of "The Beatles' Second Album" features the iconic purple Capitol label. Notably, it does not include the RIAA Gold Record Award logo or a factory designation number. This release is part of Capitol's re-issue of their US Beatles catalog from the 1960s, which was updated in 1988 with new catalog numbers and barcodes. The run-out grooves still display the original matrix stamp ST-1/2-2080, scratched out. For further details regarding the condition and packaging, please refer to the accompanying photos.
Media Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+)
A VG+ record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. These signs of wear include visible scuffs or scratches, or may have slight warp.
Sleeve Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, discolouration, or cut corner.
