Exchange for Clothes

Shop clothes online with a peace of mind! You can now exchange clothes you purchased (regardless of reason) locally at Thryft Hub within 30 days of your purchase. 

Do so by informing us at support@thryft.asia within 7 days of receiving your order. Then come down to Thryft Hub within 30 days of your purchase with items you intend to exchange (with Thryft tags intact) and your email, for a Gift Card of equivalent value that you can spend at Thryft Hub or in our online store.


Cancelling an order?

Changed your mind? Let us know within 24 hours of your order and receive a gift card of the equivalent value of your order in SGD that you can spend on other products. We regret that this will not be possible after the 24 hours period from your time of order.


Wrong item or unsatisfactory condition?
