Exchange Clothes for Thryft Credits (Singapore Only)

Shop clothes online with confidence! You can now return clothes you purchased for Thryft Credits, regardless of reason, by following these steps:

1. Email us at support@thryft.asia, within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Once we reply, come down to Thryft Hub within 14 days of your purchase, with clothes you intend to exchange. Make sure Thryft tags remain intact.

3. Show us our email, then we will issue you a Gift Card of equivalent value. You can use this Gift Card online and/or at Thryft Hub, and across multiple transactions. This Gift Card expires in two months.

Please do take note, an email from us approving your exchange is necessary for this process!


Cancelling an order?

Changed your mind? Contact support@thryft.asia within 2 hours of your order and receive a gift card of the equivalent value of your order in SGD that you can spend on other products. We regret that this will not be possible after the 2 hours period from your time of order.
