Binding of book is loose. Slight foxing on front and back covers, with tears, fraying of edges, and sticker or tape shadows on front cover. Gilt present on front cover and not tarnished. Slight foxing and a tear at the top of the spine, with some fading and slightly tarnished gilt. Heavy tanning and some foxing on top, fore, and bottom edges. Bookplate present.
