Description

Depeche Mode's Some Great Reward, originally issued in 1984, stands as a pivotal entry in synth-pop, pairing sharp melodies with darker textures on tracks like People Are People, It Doesn't Matter, and Blasphemous Rumours. This 2025 Sony Legacy LP reissue brings the album back to vinyl, revisiting the band's mid-80s stride with punchy hooks and stark emotional resonance. A cornerstone of Depeche Mode's catalog, Some Great Reward showcases the band's evolution toward expansive arrangements while maintaining the concise pop sensibility that defined the era.
