Leibniz: Philosophical Writings

This volume contains translations of some of the most important philosophical works of one of the major rationalist philosophers of the seventeenth century. In these works he attempted to derive a metaphysics from logical principles and expounded his theory of the nature of individual substances, his views on a priori knowledge, about space and time and about free-will.
