After The Fire's Der Kommissar compiles the band's CBS-era singles from Laser Love, 80-F, and Batteries Not Included into a single collection. Originally issued in 1982, the British group - known for evolving from progressive rock to new wave with Peter Banks and Andy Piercy - helped shape synth-driven pop and toured with Queen, Electric Light Orchestra, and Van Halen. This 2022 Renaissance reissue is remastered and pressed on deluxe 180g vinyl with a gatefold jacket. The release highlights ATF's melodic keyboard-driven sound and features the title track Der Kommissar among the included singles.
