About The Role
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager who thrives on performance marketing and paid acquisition. You'll own our paid media channels—primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads—driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our marketplaces. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization, with a laser-focus on ROI and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management & Optimization (80%)
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns tailored to our marketplaces and product verticals
- Build and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including dynamic product ads
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS across all channels
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM strategies for marketplace visibility
- Set up conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance dashboards
- A/B test campaigns, audiences, and creative assets to continuously improve performance
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
Strategy, Analysis & Expansion (20%)
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas
- Develop monthly and quarterly paid acquisition strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Explore and test new acquisition channels (TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or similar)
- Collaborate with content marketing to ensure creative assets align with performance goals
- Report on key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin
- Build customer segmentation and retargeting strategies across channels
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts in e-commerce/retail
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through paid acquisition
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and unit economics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different marketplaces simultaneously
- Experience with feed management and dynamic product ads
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and cross-channel measurement
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools
