We ship with carbon-neutral shipping via Shippit, who offsets 100% of the carbon emissions with Carbon Neutral Group.

We currently accept orders from Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia (West Malaysia), Hong Kong, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan. (Not listed here? Tell us!)


What's the shipping fee?
All orders above S$20 are eligible for free delivery. A shipping fee of S$4 is charged for orders below S$20.

Can I use my credits?
Customers using credits can pay for shipping using their credits if the order value is below S$20. Orders above S$20 paid using credits are eligible for free shipping.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are packed and shipped within 2-7 business days on a next-day delivery service. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

What's the shipping fee?
All orders above Rp 600,000 are eligible for free delivery. A flat-rate shipping fee of Rp 50,000 is charged for orders between Rp 200,000 to Rp 600,000, and a flat-rate shipping fee of Rp 100,000 is charged for orders below Rp 200,000.

SWOP Reusable E-commerce Packaging

Ordering 6 books or less? You are eligible to opt for the SWOP reusable e-commerce packaging at check-out!

When you do so, your books will come together with a return label that allows you to conveniently drop-off the packaging at any Singapore Post posting boxes across the island so that the packaging comes back to us to be used for its next order.

Making a larger order? We'll pack your books in upcycled boxes attached with Thryft stickers for identifiability.

Your boxes are secured with gum tape which are not only stronger than standard packing tape, but are also made of natural materials!

FAQs for SWOP Reusable Packaging

If you have any questions about receiving your orders in the SWOP reusable e-commerce packaging and how you can return them, read on!


During check-out, select the shipping option indicating SWOP Reusable E-commerce Packaging.

Please kindly note that the option may not be available if your order has more than 6 books, or is not shipping to an address based in Singapore.

In some rare cases where the books you have ordered may not fit the packaging, we will deliver your order with our standard packaging options you can refer to as above.

Mail it back to us for free!
(a) Look for the return sticker label that is enclosed in your packaging.
(b) Fold the reusable e-commerce to an envelope size by following instructions printed on the bottom of the packaging.
(c) Remove the shipping label used to deliver the order to you, and stick on the return label instead.
(d) Drop it off at any Singapore Post mail boxes!

Every time you return reusable e-commerce packaging, you are avoiding the use of new resources for the manufacturing of single-use packaging. For every kilogram of virgin plastic that you avoid, you prevent 2 kilograms of carbon dioxide from being emitted. That is equivalent to what one tree will absorb in a month!

To make sure reusable e-commerce packaging works, it is important that customers return them so that they can continue to be circulated. We hope you will support us in doing your part in making this new system work.

Wears on the reusable e-commerce packaging is a good indication that it has gone through multiple deliveries - this is what we aim for! Damaged packagings that are torn or not fit for use will be eliminated from the system to ensure that your products are delivered securedly to you.

To show the scalability of reusable e-commerce packaging in Singapore, we are partnering WWF-Singapore in this pilot program by delivering your purchases in reusable e-commerce packaging. Results of the pilot trial will be shared upon completion.
