Thrift six whole dedicated units featuring curated books, menswear, womenswear and records
Originally the home of City Music for 43 years, we're here until 27th Jan 2024 in this huge and beautiful space to bring you the best of our books and clothes for you to browse in-person.

Book Room
With titles selected by our in-house curator, our Book Room features a wide selection of genres including literature, art and design, politics and philosophy, and more.

Children’s Reading Corner
A cosy corner situated within the Book Room, find beautifully illustrated picture books for children aged 4 and up, to paperbacks for ages up to 12.

Womenswear
Our clothes come from a mixture of trade-ins/donations from users like you, to bales that we’re saving from Japan. Find a range of clothes suitable for work and play for your every occasion.

Menswear
We’re pretty serious about giving you options for browsing, so we’ve dedicated a whole unit just to menswear. From work blazers to sweatpants, we’ve got you covered.

Black Hole Records
Newly established, Black Hole Records is a curated vinyl record store featuring new and pre-loved records. Find their vinyl records in our store.

Second Story Presents...
Find in this unit a thematic book room with books specially curated along chosen themes, complete with curator's notes scattered across the room as you make your way through the selection.

Vintage and Rare Books
Who doesn’t love the sweet smell of old vintage books? Visit our vintage book room, filled with King Penguins that were published as early as 1939 (those small hardcovers with the really pretty illustrations of flowers!), vintage books on literature, philosophy, politics, and more.

After Hours @ Second Story
Up for some night thrifting? Come read, lounge and thrift with us as we extend our opening hours to 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

We are located at Peace Centre, 1 Sophia Road, #02-08 to #02-14. Open daily from 12.30pm - 7.30pm from Mon-Sun, with extended hours till 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
You can find us via the staircase beside Aladdin's Castle, or by crossing the linkbridge from Wilkie Edge!
